NWA Policies: Recreational Classes

​ Autoenrollment Information

·       Autoenrollment: Once enrolled, your child will automatically be enrolled in the following session and autopayment will be charged on the posted date.

o   No refunds are given once tuition has been charged

o   Autoenrollment will be charged 2 weeks prior to the start of the new session

o   Autoenrollment and session dates can be found on the class calendar.

·       Canceling Autoenrollment: Notification of cancelation must be emailed to office@nwaerials.com at least 1 day prior to the autoenrollment date.

o   Cancelation via phone or telling a coach is not accepted.

Session & Tuition Information

·       Sessions run on a 6-week basis

·       Tuition: No refunds are given once tuition has been charged.

o   Late cancelations - 50% credit will be offered for notification received after autoenrollment charge but before the first day of the new session

o   No credits or refunds for cancelations after the first day of the new session

·       Annual Registration Fee: A $60 non-refundable annual registration fee is assessed per family at the time of registration – and reassessed one year from the time of initial payment if actively enrolled. The registration fee is not required for camps, open gyms or other events.

·        Session/auto enrollment dates, closures, etc. can be found on the class calendar.

·       Sibling Discount: 10% discount for each additional sibling enrolled

·       Multiclass Discount: 10% discount for individuals enrolled in one or more classes

·       Prorating: Students joining mid-session will be prorated for the missed classes.

·       Makeups: Makeups for missed classes are offered in open gyms, limit of two makeups given per session. No credits or refunds are given for missed classes.

Makeup Policy

·       Makeups for absences are offered in open gyms

o   To schedule a makeup, check the open gym schedule on nwaerials.com and email with the chosen date

·       Makeups must take place within the session of the missed class

·       There is a limit of 2 makeups per session

·       Missed makeups cannot be rescheduled

·       Makeups are only given for missed recreational classes – not applicable for team workouts, camps, clinics, open gyms or scheduled makeups

·       No credits, refunds or prorates are issued for missed classes

 

Refund Policy

·       Recreational Classes:

o   No refunds are issued once auto enrollment has been charged

o   If notified of cancellation after auto enrollment has been processed, but before the first day of the session, 50% credit will be applied to your account

o   If notified of cancellation on the first day of the session, or after, no credit will be issued

·       Camp/Clinics/Open Gyms:

o   Cancellation must be made in writing by emailing office@nwaerials.com

o   Cancellations:

7+ days prior to the first day of the camp week/event, the full payment will be credited to your account

Less than 7 days prior to the first day of the camp week/event will not be refunded or credited

·       Birthday Parties:

o   Cancellation must be made in writing by emailing office@nwaerials.com

o   Deposits are non-refundable

o   Cancelations:

7+ days prior to the first day of the camp week/event, the full payment will be credited to your account

Less than 7 days prior to the first day of the camp week/event will not be refunded or credited

 

General Information

·       Attire:

o   Participants can wear any type of athletic clothing that allows free movement. Clothing must be non-binding and free of buttons, zippers or snaps. Attire must have full coverage (no stomachs showing).

o   Long hair must be tied back.

o   Remove jewelry including rings, watches, hoop/dangling earrings.

o   Bare feet is required for safety, balance and agility.

·       Spectator Area:

o   Parents and spectators are welcome to watch but must stay in the designated, fenced, area.

o   No parents or siblings are allowed on the gym floor, apart from the Wiggle Worm class

o   Participants must wait in the spectator to be called to class by their instructor. Parents are response for supervising their children before, during (siblings not in class) and after class.

o   A parent of guardian must enter the gym to pick up their child. We will not allow a child to exit the gym without an adult, regardless of age.

·       Gym Floor:

o   Food and drinks are not allowed on the gym floor. Water bottles are to be kept in the designated area.​
