NWA Policies: Recreational Classes

General Info​

• Attire - participants can wear any type of athletic clothing that allows free movement (shorts/sweats/leggings/leotard). Clothing must be non-binding and free of buttons, zippers or snaps. T-shirts must be tucked in.

• Long hair must be tied back.

• Remove jewelry including rings, watches, hoop/dangling earrings.

• Food, drinks are not allowed on the gym floor. Water bottles are to be kept in the designated area.

• Wait in the designated areas prior to class. Parents are responsible for supervising their children before, during (siblings not in class) and after class.

• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to class. We understand arrival time can vary, however we would like to keep the lobby/waiting areas clear until your designated class time.

• If you leave the facility during your child's class, please make sure to arrive back to the gym a minimum of 5 min prior to the end of class to ensure you are on time for pick up. This helps to keep a smooth transition at the end of class.

• Regardless of age, no children may wait outside or leave the facility without a parent.

• Parents should park in the designated NWA parking spots and come into the building to pick up their children.

Autoenrollment/Tuition Payments

• NWA runs on autoenrollment -  student's enrollment will automatically continue from session-to-session unless we are notified otherwise. 

• Autoenrollment and tuition for the upcoming session will be charged the Sunday before the start of the 5th week of the current session. 

• If families do not wish to continue in the upcoming session, NWA must be notified by email by the end of the 4th week of the current session. If we are not notified, we will assume you are continuing your enrollment and tuition will be charged.

• Families must have a valid credit card saved to their Parent Portal account.

• Families can join mid-session on a space available basis (tuition prorated)

• To enroll in future sessions - contact NWA and we will add you to the waitlist. If there is a spot available for the upcoming session, you will be contacted prior to the session start date

• Makeups are offered in any of our open gyms - preregistration required

• Anniversary Fee - there is a $50 annual family registration fee due upon initial registration. The fee will be good for 1 year from the time of payment and will be charged annually going forward.

Make-Ups/Changing Classes

• All makeups are done in any of our open gyms

• Families are allowed two makeups per session. 

• All makeups must be done within the session of the missed class. Makeups cannot be carried over to the next session or any future camps, classes or open gyms. 

• Makeups must be prescheduled (no drop ins) by contacting NWA by phone or email.

• There are no credits or refunds for missed classes.
